What a beautiful day, I went to my sisters house and everyone could not believe the difference in me. I loved it, all of the hard work is paying off. I also got to see 2 of my sons and my granddaughter. I am down 54 pounds now and am ready to take on the rest of it.

    You should be so proud to say good bye to 54 lbs. You are doing a great job. Isn't it wonderful when other people start to notice the difference in how your body looks? We look at our body everyday so we do not always notice the differences. But let someone who hasn't seen you a while see you and they notice right away and compliment you. That is a wonderful feeling, cherish it and be proud of it.
