Now we're getting serious...

Today I looked, really looked, at my goal. Five months until October, and all fifty pounds left to lose. But that's just 10 pounds a month, or 2.5 a week. I've got salad fixings in the fridge, fruit on the counter, sunny skies outside, and workout videos I like inside. Suddenly, I feel like I can make the changes I need to in order to get where I want to go. YEAH, ME!
