So another all over the place month - just like March lol!!
Nutrition: good days and bad days
Fitness: good weeks and bad weeks
Weight: down a couple of lbs
Me: I actually feel pretty relaxed about all this and good about myself!!
I am not stressing over what I eat
I am making healthy food choices, but not punishing myself for the unhealthy ones either!
I feel good about my weight and how I look
I am starting the c25k program with my favourite spark friends!
I am feeling motivated to work out
I am happy with who I am
Negatives: none allowed!!
Targets for May:
Do the May c25k challenge
Cardio and strength train each week
Keep a check on nutrition, without tracking, or stressing about it!!
Lose 2lbs or more
Love myself just a little bit more
