I am feeling better.

I had been having tremors daily for months and had become fed up with it. I researched what can cause them and found that the thyroid, among a slew of other things, could cause it. I went to the doctor, but got nothing conclusive one way or another from that route. I found in one place that there were vitamins you could take that are good for your thyroid, so I got them and started taking them, just in case. It has been about three or four weeks since I started now and the tremors have pretty much dried up, pointing towards the thyroid as the problem. Not having tremors is quite a relief! In an effort to lesson the tremors I had been overeating. I wasn't doing it deliberately, I just "needed" to eat more. It is so liberating not getting tremors even before I would get hungry! I can wait to eat until I am hungry and if I don't feel like eating, I don't have to eat. I must admit that I am not eating even though I am hungry just because I can. I don't mean that I am starving myself, just that later in the day, after my lunch has worn off, I will have hunger pangs and realize that my stomach is empty and I will ask myself if I want to eat, and I will think, no, I don't feel like eating. Then later, my stomach protests loader and I ask myself again, at which point, I may or may not eat. I will probably get over the novelty pretty soon, but it is nice right now!
