Meal Plan for week 5/3 - 5/9

Sunday 5/3/2009
Breakfast
Quaker rolled Oats Oatmeal with Raisins and CBINB Spray, Coffee with Fat free Creamer and a Banana

Snack
No snack

Lunch
Turkey on whole wheat bread with mustard, Pretzels, Quaker low sugar oatmeal raisin granola bar

Snack apple

Dinner 4oz grilled chicken breast, 2 small baked red potatos, garden salad, light balsamic Vinegrette dressing



Monday 5/4/2009
Breakfast
2 Whole wheat waffles with CBINB spray and Low calorie sugar free Syrup, 2 servings of Egg substitute and a banana

Snack
Yoplait Lite thick and creamy Yogurt and no salt pretzels,

Lunch
Frozen Meal (lean gourmet), carrots, Quaker low sugar granola bar

Snack
Apple or grape fruit

Dinner Bowling league Pot Luck. I’m going to try to make good food choices.



Tuesday 5/5/2009
Breakfast
Breakfast Burrito (2 servings of egg substitute, 2 whole wheat tortillas, 2 turkey sausage link), Banana, coffee with FF creamer

Snack
Yoplait Lite thick and creamy Yogurt and a apple

Lunch
Frozen Meal (lean gourmet), tossed salad, Quaker low sugar granola bar

Snack
Laughing cow cheese, triscuits and fruit

Dinner (Cinco De Mayo)
Chicken Enchiladas with green chili sauce, and refried beans



Wednesday 5/6/2009
Breakfast
Quaker rolled Oats Oatmeal with Raisins and CBINB Spray, Coffee with Fat free Creamer and a Banana

Snack
Yoplait Lite thick and creamy Yogurt and no salt pretzels

Lunch
Frozen Meal (lean gourmet), Celery with laughing cow cheese

Snack
2 Lightly Salted Multigrain rice cake with 1 tbsp of peanut butter

Dinner Not cooking. I have a softball meeting and will be having pizza out.
1 piece of pizza and a small tossed salad with ff or low calorie dressing



Thursday 5/7/2009
Breakfast
2 servings of egg substitute, 1 piece of whole wheat toast, coffee with FF creamer and a banana

Snack
Yoplait Lite thick and creamy Yogurt and no salt pretzels

Lunch
Frozen Meal (lean gourmet), carrots and cantelope

Snack
Triscuits with laughing cow cheese

Dinner
Shish Kabobs (red, orange, yellow, green peppers, red onion, beef and pineapple), rice



Friday 5/8/2009
Breakfast
2 Whole wheat waffles with CBINB spray and Low calorie sugar free Syrup, 2 servings of Egg substitute, coffee with FF creamer and a banana

Snack
Yoplait Lite thick and creamy Yogurt and no salt pretzels

Lunch
Frozen Meal (lean gourmet), Celery with peanut butter and an apple

Snack
Smart Pop Popcorn – 2 Servings

Dinner
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn



Saturday 5/9/2009
Breakfast
Quaker rolled Oats Oatmeal with Raisins and CBINB Spray, Coffee with Fat free Creamer and a Banana

Snack
Apple with peanut butter

Lunch
National Scrapbook Day. Going to a friends house and she is making lunch. Hopefully on the light side. If not I will eat in moderation.

Snack
Fruit

Dinner
Home made whole wheat pizza dough and sauce (both recipes from spark people) with lots of veggies and some low fat cheese.
