c25k - Week 1, Day 1 - DONE!

I did it!
Yep, me, the fat girl, I did some running! It wasn't even that bad. Ok, so I only ran for 8 sets of 60 seconds and it was more of a slow jog....but I completed the Day 1 program, yay!! I felt like I was going to die from exhaustion at the end of each run set and my breathing needs some work. My legs are also starting to ache now, so I will have to make sure I take it easy tomorrow, but I really think I can keep this up!
I am off to bed for an early night now, yawn yawn emoticon
