oowww how I wish I had blisters now.....

if I had blisters, I would not have been able to run. I would not have gone out when my knee was already hurting a little and I would not have damaged it so badly that now I cannot even walk very well!! Lessons to learn:
never ever ever work out when injured - even only slightly
never run before you can walk!
take things slowly - very slowly (tortoise not hare)
So I probably now have a week or more of limping around and so I cannot even do my usual cardio or strength workouts, grrrrrrr. Ok. Nothing I can do about it now. No point feeling crappy about it. I will rest my leg, then I will resume my cardio and strength training. I will swap the running program to a cycling one, until I have lost some more weight. I will attempt running again only when I have a BMI under 30 and I will take it VERY VERY slowly.
Now I have to go and make some lunch and make sure that I am careful with my food intake this week, as I will not be burning any of it off!!!
