Back on the Wagon (MAY 2009)

Well, here I am again--this time I'm looking for enough motivation to sustain myself and to inspire good friends to start this journey for themselves, because gosh darn it, we are worth the effort!

I'm power walking with Jen as many times a week as our schedules will allow, plus returning to the gym this week.

I'm tracking my food and checking in with Chantalle to make sure I'm staying on track as best as I can.

Mel and I are headed out for a run Thursday, as long as the weather holds out! Fingers-crossed!

Tomorrow is a dog walk with Pam is she is feeling up to it. Lil' Nora is only a month old and I'm hoping we can hook up so I can see how much she has changed already!

Dinner is with Joelle---thank goodness she is into healthy eating, b/c that is exactly what I need to stay on track. All and all, I think it's going to be a great week!
