I am sitting on my backside again today - my knee hurts too much to go to the gym, it hurts when I walk around, it hurts when I am driving, it hurts when I am doing housework and most of all it hurts getting up and down the stairs to the bathroom - serious bladder management going on here! Soooooo, I am being sensible and resting it, while making sure that I gently exercise it too. BUT......I am so bored!!! I didn't think I done much with my days while the kids are at school, but I suppose I go to the gym every morning, then rush around tidying the house and doing chores and grocery shopping. I have spent the last 2 days - day 3 now! - at home!! I am going stir crazy - I want out, I want to go on a bike ride, or for a walk, or to the gym ;-) but alas I have to rest some more, because IT HURTS!! Can you tell I'm going a little bit crazy?!?! I'm even considering switching on the tv - and I don't EVER watch tv, oh it must be bad!!!

Have you considered going to see a doctor? I don't think it's supposed to stay sore for that long :( I hope it feels better later today! You could do floor work in the meantime? SP has a workout designed around not getting off the floor, lol: http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource

The bridges and modified pushups might not work, depending on exactly how your knee is hurting, but the rest should be do-able? Feel better!
