Getting back on track.....again

O.K. , I NEED to get re motivated here! This week I only ran 5 miles and haven't even worked out or anything for the last 4 days...Uggghhhh
I've been really good at coming up with any excuse in the book not to run or work out lately.
I haven't been on Spark much lately either and that hasn't helped anything...... SparkPeople is a great way to keep myself motivated and accountable. This week I am going to make a point of logging my food and exercise EVERY day, it really does make a difference.
So here is my plan for the week. I am starting back at week 11 of my training plan. Monday is going to definitely be a problem because I will be working all day so that may be the only day I don't get any workout in. If I can work it in I might switch Mon and Tues around because it might be easier to get a run squeezed in than strength training.
At the end of the week I will post what I actually did.
Monday: strength train / 40 min cross training
Tuesday: 3.5 mile run
Wednesday: strength train/ 2 mile run
Thursday: 3.5 mile run
Friday: Strength train/ intervals
Sunday: 5 mile run
