Moving Toward Success

I have moved my weigh-in days to Sunday; it works better for me (so that I'm not binging on the weekends).

So at my weigh-in yesterday, I've lost 8 ounces and I know I've lost inches. I will be taking my measurements this evening after I get home from work. With other plans I've tried, I'd lose weight quick but then I would end up gaining it all back if not more. On here I may be losing the weight slower but I know it will stay off this time. I've also set a goal for myself to get in 5 servings of veggies per day, 4 serving of fruit per day and 3 servings of dairy per day. I started doing this last week and I wish I would have done this sooner. I just feel so much better and healthier. Can't wait to see how many inches I get to say good-bye to. emoticon
