Not So Starting Over

It's not as easy to get back on the horse as some may think. Once I fall off my plan, I never know when I will get back on. Once I go off my eating plan, I don't know how long I will stay off. It is like my worst nightmare. It is like being on a runaway train, and I can't jump off. It sucks.

I don't trust myself to go it alone. I just took a week off and am struggling to get back in the groove on balanced eating. The food tracker helps me so much, as long as I use it; just posting makes it more 'official'...keeps me pointed in the right direction. Losing and maintaining that loss is hard; it was easier when I started but has really bogged down a couple of times lately. I won't give up though...the thought of going back up the scale at my age is something I refuse to do. Let's show food who is boss and do this for ourselves. emoticon
