Today I went thru my week's menu plan. I printed it along with my grocery list. Now I will shop my pantry and refrigerator. I think this will make it easier than doing everything on the fly. I also plan on preparing everything I can ahead of time, because my hunger is intense and it hits suddenly. When it does it seems easier to go for fast food or have my husband cook something (which he has done for years) I hope this week will be less difficult. emoticon
