Day 5 Went Well

Hello Spark Friends...
Today went well. No choices that threw me. Trying to be consistent. I eat when I'm hungry. Tonight I was still hungry after dinner so I ate a 1/2 can of Asparagus! LOVE EM!
Looking forward to weigh-in already and it's only Monday lol..(I got weighed yesterday). I will not get on the scale till Sunday Morning. Once a week is all I check it. I used to be a person when I was trying to lose weight, I would be on and off the scale 50 times a day. I decided initially to wait a month at a time to weigh in but found I didn't have a lot of control with what I was doing or if it was working. I find that once a week works well for me. Others might not even weigh but rather just watch their clothes get looser. Whatever you decide, try to be consistent. I think consistency is the key in a lot of things. Like eating right, making wise, health choices.
