Changing is hard! I try to do it all at once. Hubby is shook up because he has been the cook and grocery shopper since forever and now he doesn't know what to do. He thinks using a list is too hard. He wants to just whatever comes into his head- His shake-up means my shake-up, etc. etc. etc. So tonight I went back to look at phase 1 of SP to regroup. By trying to do it all I didn't do any of it well. Tomorrow my focus is water, buy a few groceries, walk the dog and try to do the menu plan . After all, I'm the one who put it together by tweaking the ones that were scheduled.

Thanks for this post. I have gone overboard trying to be perfect in all of my nutritional/exercise goals at *LIGHT SPEED!* I feel so burnt out. I too need to slow down and be patient with myself. As I've heard, Progress, not perfection.

    Wish you well.

That would be hard. It's definitely a lot of work involved, but it will get easier over time. Hang in there!
