Success from consistency

Never before have I had much success losing weight. I would be motivated for a short time, like a month and after that I would just slide back into my old habits. Or, even worse, I would tell myself that I would start being healthy on Monday, Monday never came.
This time I have changed a lot. I have started eatimg a lot healthier, organic produce, eliminating processed food and no eating after 7. I feel so much better and I actually want to continue, temptation is getting much easier to ignore. My willpower is getting so much stronger. I now go to the gym 2-4 times a week and I am loving that too. It gives me my coveted "me time" while doing something that is soley for myself.
What makes me happiest is that my hard work is paying off and is now becoming more of a healthy lifestyle than a weight lose regime. I have lost 21 pounds since March 2/09 and am hoping to drop 18 more by the end of summer.
