I'm a loser again

Yesterday I weighed in and was 1lb lighter than my last official weigh in and 4 lbs lighter than when I last took a sneaky peek, so I'm really pleased to see the scales moving back down again (plus its that time of the month)!
I have been following (for the most part) a high fibre, low fat diet, for the past few days and I am really getting into it. I am planning on being really strict with myself for the next 2 months, until my son's birthday in July and then I will ease off and maintain until my birthday is over at the end of August (at least that's the plan). I seem to be able to function best at this weight loss/ maintain cycle and its what I have been doing naturally for a LONG while, so I may as well make it part of my plan! Right now though, I'm determined with the weight loss phase and its about time too!
I'm off to have my new stand-by breakfast: half a grapefruit and a bowl of sultana bran flakes with skimmed milk - yum yum!
