TJ Kickstart Day 5 and completion LOL

So today was a good day, i didn't follow my kickstart plan but still ate all healthy and within ranges (except i was a little low on carbs but i am ok with that one :)) I did not exercise today. I played ball last night and was a bit sore this morning. I also don't want to push myself back into my old routine because i am not physically capable of doing it yet. So i will scale back a bit and do a solid 3 days a week cardio and 2 days strength and force myself not to feel guilty LOL. So i think this was my last day on the TJ plan. Its a great plan but i remember the last time i did it i quit at this point too. They change the structure of your meals so that lunch is really big and supper keeps getting smaller and smaller. I always eat a decent supper too because i tend to stay up very late and dont want to snack l;ater in the evening. So i will start tomorrow back on my own meal plan, it was great for the TJ plan to get me back on track though :).

i have my weigh in coming up in the morning, and its always so funny that tuesdays are hard for me becuase i know my weigh in is the next day, i always have a MAJOR urge to binge lol. I will keep up with the water but i cannot go over tonight. i need to prove to myself that i can do it (and deep down i know i can). So hoping for a friendly scale tomorrow. have a great evening!     That is really interesting that you feel the urge to binge before weigh in day. I do too and I believe, for me, it is some kind of mental sabotage. I find it really frustrating because I am fighting myself all day and some days I can't win.

    Hope your weight in goes better than mine. I plateaued this week.
