It's not always about pounds lost...

Today I was a little disheartened to step on the scale and only see a half pound wieght loss for the week. I worked out so hard all week I was expecting more. I decided to take my measurements too. I had lost 2 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips all in 2 weeks!! It made me feel much better about the lack of pounds lost. Progress isn`t always about pounds, or even numbers
