Last night I was going down the list of things to do for spark points and I was reminded to use the planner. I didn't really see the use of it but for the heck of it I entered something I had to do today. It wasn't something that was really an appointment but I put a time on it anyway. Today I felt compelled to keep my appointment! I guess you could say I kept an appointment with myself. It boosted my self-esteem for the whole day. emoticon

    It works! Hard to believe! I started to use it and it has helped me to organize myself. If I write it down then I must accomplish it! Right?! LOL!! So for my workout days I make sure I make an appointment with myself because I made a commitment to me and the gym. It works! This site really knows how to help. emoticon
