For support I talk to my mother and my spark friends. It is alot easier to talk to people that have been through or going through what you are. I get motivated by going to the mall, there I see alot of clothes I like and want to have. I set a weight goal that I have not reached as of yet. I do not take before and after pictures,however I have a old picture from maybe 2 years ago that I look at a couple of times a week. Just that alone is shock and motivation enough to lose weight. I weigh myself everyday this is what works for me, I like to see how the weight increases or decreases. It also tells me when I have eaten to much.
