Strong points in fitness are that I can exercise up to 70 minutes(this was something I would have never thought I would want to do or be doing). I workout 5 days a week(yet another shock). Weak point is when TOM is around I don't want to exercise. My fitness routine is to work out 5-6 days a week, 30-75 minutes. I like to change my routine by maybe adding something like abs. I would have to say that the routine effect's me by making my body look better. As of now I don't have any fitness goals, because I have reached the ones I set. In 3 months I see myself healthier and working, I see my body at my first gaol weight of 133. I keep up with a routine by keeping a fitness notebook. I am motivated by trying on clothes. I measure my progress by getting on the scale.
