Stress Test

Monday, June 01, 2009

I had a stress day today because I was having pain the my heart area. I really think it's from excerise's at the gym. I never really had any problems like this before but as a pre-caution the doctor wanted me to take this test I don't smoke and don't drink so the doctor said that was good that I was at risk #1.

The test went well. I'm used to walking on the treadmill so that part was fairly easy, I'm just waiting for the results.

I have not lose any weight and I'm struggling with this 4-5 lbs I put on while off Medifast. Medifast has stop working for me but I continue to use it because it keep me from gaining. My goal at present is to get to the 190 or below mark by June 21st. I really do hope that I can make it. I started MF back in Sept 08 and had hoped to be below my goal weight by now but it didn't happen.

My weekends have been so busy and I really must get back on track with this housework. Working a full time job and going out weekends I don't get anything done.
All my best.

Good luck with the results of the test. I've not heard of the Medifast diet and just try to eat healthily and track my food for the day, but I hope you find a way of getting it to work again for you. Have a great weekend. emoticon emoticon

Terry, hope everything is okay with your heart! Hang in there. You are doing too many good things for your body to not respond eventually.
