I went back to the gym for two days - but it made me sooo hungry I derailed myself with my food and have been snacking more than I should have since.
I haven't been to the gym since Tuesday.
I have taken a sneaky peek on the scales and as of this morning I am 1lb heavier than Monday.
I am feeling fat and sluggish, as I'm eating more bad snack foods.
GOOD STUFF NOW:
I went to the gym for 2 days this week.
I am only 1lb heavier on the scales, despite eating badly over the past few days, so I have all weekend to bring this 1lb back down.
I am feeling fat and sluggish only in my head and from eating bad snacks - this can be stopped easily by planning healthier snacks over the weekend.
I saw somebody at my son's school, who I haven't seen for a while and they commented on how much weight I have lost and how great I look.
I bought a new dress the other day and needed a size 12 (US 8) and it looks fabulous!
I am now trying on the same size clothes as my friend, even though she is 25lbs lighter than me (but a couple of inches shorter).
I also needed smaller underwear as my knickers kept falling down (all for the wrong reasons) - what better excuse for sexy lingerie!
NOTE TO SELF:
MUST FOCUS ON THE POSITIVES ALL WEEKEND, FEEL SEXY, SNACK LESS AND BE POSITIVE ABOUT WEIGH IN ON MONDAY - I WANT THE 180's!!!!!
