Medifast Diet Users.
AM - Oatmeal
Mid AM - Shake
Lunch - Beef Stew
Mid PM - Shake
Dinner: Salad and a lean meat
Late PM - Shake
Lots of water all day
Plus 45 min to 1 hour at gym almost everyday.
Treadmill, bike, thigh inner/outer machine. Other machines.
I started again and at the end of week lost nothing. So I give up and pig out on something I shouldn't eat.
I followed the diet to the letter in the beginning and lost at least 2 lbs a week then it stopped. I started in September of 2008 and by November end I didn't lose anything. I continued the diet but didn't lose anything. Still not losing anything. Well thats it. Now what??????
