meditation!

I've refound a joy in meditating and each time such emotion that I would have judged as negative has arisen, I have learned that it's something I've run away from before and now it's time to say OK this is part of me and realise that ignoring pain is going to increase the pain and it's going to make me sicker. I choose not to live in the irrational fear zone, and to experience my emotional being.
