I'll Miss You, Mitch

Friday, June 12, 2009

Mitch is my Cousin, more like a brother really. Oh my, it seems like just yesterday we were kids. Playing outdoors, camping, fishing, what ever. I just found out Mitch died of heart disease, so Sunday I'm driving up to Santa Barbara for a family get together to honor Mitch. I am so sad, yet filled with so many wonderful memories. I know Mitch is at peace now, and with his Mom and Dad. A much better place, filled with beauty and peace. Come to think of it, he is with my Mom and Dad as well. So, until it is my turn to go to the pearly gates, I will miss you Mitch!
