**I get knocked down, but I get up again!..**

Weight loss is hard, being healthy takes a lot of time and effort. We need to work at it daily! It will be hard to make good choices everyday, but just take it one day at a time and never give up! We make choices.... Apparently I have made some bad choices and I know I am not the only one. But it's not the end of the world right?!. It doesn't mean throw in the towel and give up to continued bad choices. Those problems can be fixed! We can choose to use food in a more healthy way. If we keep in mind that food is there to keep us alive and nourish us. It’s all about developing good habits to replace the bad. So not only good food choices, but exercise. We can chose to get moving. Every little bit counts. - whether it's for 10 minutes or an hour - as much as possible. It will give you so much: not just better your health and well being, but it can give you a sense of accomplishment and you will feel happier. I know since starting to make healthier choices both with food and exercise I feel better and can handle stress better, and it helps me have a generally more positive attitude.
We can expect to have road blocks, we can expect that there will be days when we are not going to be perfect with the choices we make. We can expect to get knocked down once in a while, but,,,,,, not staying down is the key! When we stumble, we need to get up again! Keep trying no matter what! This is a life long journey of many tiny changes to our old habits.
As much as we don't feel like it sometimes, I know that in the end if we keep pushing through, keep getting up and continuing forward we will feel better inside and out! Those changes will benefit us! Whether that is getting in all our water, turning down that donut, working out, taking time out for ourselves or writing down what we eat. We are moving in the right direction!
There will be numerous times when the difficulty is stronger and more powerful than we are, it may causes us to stumble and fall. It may hit us hard! We may feel weak like we just can't do it any more.........
That is when we must tell ourselves this:,............ [ "It's not game over! I'm not lying down and giving up! I get knocked down, but I get up again!!!!!!!!]
Everyone falls, but it is those who continue to pick themselves up that will succeed! , The little changes we continue to make every day for our body will last a life time!
