Day#4 P90X

Today I completed the legs &back along with abs ripper x. I did the best I could today boy is that DVD tough. But I imagine the results will be well worth the work. Tomorrow is kenpo which is some type of defensive karate I think. Well time to epsom salt down. Until then keep pushing play and BRING IT!

    Good luck with P90X......I'm just finishing up my third week (doing the lean program) and it is a tough set of workouts. I am doing the Kempo and Legs/Back routine tonight, since I missed a workout yesterday. I am still unable to get through Ab Ripper X completely....but like you, I do the best I can.
