how could i be so bloated today

today was a bad day for me... I weighed in, to find out that i actually gained two pounds.... I went on an eating binge... It was all mostly good food.. watermelon, rice cakes... other fruits and veggies... but i know I wasn't hungry... I ate because i was angry. I have to stop that, with a quickness...

    I know I feel the same way if I don't have a good weigh in, but there are so many reasons why you don't lose that it's hard to tie down. I usually try to sit and honestly look at what I did: did I drink enough? Did I exercise too much and not adjust my calories up for it? Did I eat too many carbs, etc. And then if it was none of those things, I just try to move on and know things will balance out and I'll have a better loss in a week or two. You are on the right track, you already know that eating more won't solve anything! Hang in there.

    it is hard...but keep your head up. We all have bad days...just dont make it bad two days. Pick yourself up. Progress not perfection
