1 Month / 2 Lbs / 2 Inches - Not bad

I decided last month to not weigh, take my measurements and see where it goes...

I have lost 2 lbs - weighing in today 145 !

Measurements as follows:
Arms - 11 - stayed the same
Chest - 36 - stayed the same
Waist - 31 - down 1 inch
Hips - 38.5 - stayed the same - darn it! Chunky!
Thighs - 21 - down .5 inch
Calves - 14.5 - down .5 inch

Total of 2 inches lost.... Yeah! I'm hoping this month we'll see better results, but these aren't so bad! I really want my hips and waist to firm up, but with all this extra skin, it'll probably be tough if at all.
