OMG!!!

OK so yeah i may have been hanging around my teenage neices and nephew with it being the holiday weekend and all (hence the title lol), but i'm going NUTS!!! I was doing so good and then we went on vacation in the beginning of June and i just havn't been able to get back on track since! I've only been working out maybe 2-3 days a week and half-assing that one while we're at it. I've also not been being the greatest at what i eat. I know i can do it, i just can't seem to make myself get back in the groove! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
rrrrr. emoticon this is me kicking my self in the booty! HELP someone snap me back into it. I know what to do but for some reason, even though i look in the mirror every day (that dreaded thing) and see what needs to be done and i hate HATE being fat, i just can't get it right again. I at least took a good step today and bought my protein mix so i can go back to making smoothies for breakfast instead of eating BAD leftovers. Maybe that will be the one small step i need. Sorry guys, don't mean to pity party, just in need of a little kick-me-in-the-booty action.

    Thanks girls, you made my day!!!!!! I've done pretty good in the food department today as well as already doing a 30minute workout (cardio) session when i got home from work :)

    You can get back on track! Stop by the Yoga Booty Buddies team page. We have a July Challenge going on and would love to have you join it. The goal is to workout for 30 minutes each day. 3 days have to be YBB workouts. You get 5 points for a YBB workout and 3 points for any other workout. Check it out! Maybe that would be the kick you need!

    May I suggest taking a look at your photo gallery, here on your page. You have a very good reason for getting back on track. That little Peanut Monster. If that's not inspiration, I don't know what is. She is a living doll, and I know you want to be a healthy example to her. Not to mention doing it for yourself. Have a good day. Take care of yourself, You AND Peanut deserve it.

    It's hard to return to a routine you had before vacation ... I don't know why! Maybe it's because our bodies still want to be on vacation. Sometimes your body needs the recovery time, but you've got to know when to get back in the game!

    I hit a plateau when I went on vacation ... and I couldn't break it. A friend suggested that I do a month of maintenance to let my body catch up to losing 50+ pounds in 4 1/2 months. It's been helpful, I dare say, but now I've got to go back to working hard to get to my goal weight. They always say the last 10-20 pounds is the hardest. But nothing worth having is ever easy.

    Just take the bull by the horns and force yourself to get back into the game! Sometimes being a robot for the first few days is ALL we need to get it back on track! Schedule your workouts like it's another job. Then there are no ifs, ands or buts about it ... you HAVE to do it. No delaying, no rescheduling ... set the schedule and stick to it.

    Good luck getting back on track ... and I'll be checking in to make sure you don't need another one of these ... emoticon ... but I'm sure this one was plenty! You can do this!
