Today was decent. I felt kind of unsucessful because I didn't do much working out, however I don't have a car so I walk everywhere I go.

Yesterday I ate out...I was disappointed in myself, but I got something healthy. I got a Chipotle Vegetarian Burrito bowl, with black beans, cilantro lime rice, romaine lettuce, pico de gallo salsa, corn salsa, guacamole and a drizzle of sour cream. I got it without cheese because I didn't need those extra calories. I really didn't need the sour cream, but I ordered a tiny bit.

What did I eat today? Too much, that's for sure.

Breakfast: Applesauce, peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Lunch: Propel fitness water, vegetable chow mein, small bag of baked lays.

Dinner: Teensy piece of pizza, two yogurts, propel fitness water, applesauce.

I need to cut down quite a bit more and add more variety. I hung out with my very skinny (98 lbs) friend today, and that was a bit depressing. I think it might have inspired me more to lose weight because I'm going to be moving into the same apartment building as her, so I want to look good, too.

It's late. I'm going to watch The Omen. I'm out.
