So yeah, I thought a weekend skinnydipping with my friends would encourage me to stay on my diet, but every time I go on any kind of 'vacation,' it doesn't matter how big or small, I think that it's okay to gorge on food. WRONG! I checked the scale last night and I was around 162.4lbs, instead of the progressing 160.0lbs I was before I left. I am thoroughly disappointed with myself, but I know I can handle myself as long as I get back on track.
For a list of disgustingness eaten, here it is:
Taco Bell Seven Layer Burrito, and Bean Burrito (though I ordered it fresco style, they messed up and it ended up having tons of cheese in it!)
Del Taco Veggie Works Burrito
Baked Sour Cream and Cheddar Lays chips (not bad in themselves, but I ate way too much)
Ginger Snaps (again, too many)
Two Bean Burritos made by yours truly
Footlong Subway Gardenburger sub (I usually order the 6")
That's really all I can think of, but it was an entire weekend, so I ate a ton more. Oh well, wish me luck getting back on track!
