My Bolony Has A First Name

During the Texas summer heat and humidity I seem to have the weirdest cravings. Like a few weeks ago, I could not get enough peanut butter. The last couple of days its been bologna sammiches with cheese Doritos..Yes I said it..Cheese Doritos..OMG.. and I know its not healthy..I've been looking on webmd about the peanut butter thang though because the only reason I have not had it for two days is because I haven't been to the Walmart to pick some up..hahaha..oohh lawdy..thanks for reading the ramblings of a hallucinating, singing, southern gal..OSCAR MAYER....hahaha

    WOW, peanut butter has been my nemesis too for quite awhile. I just want to not have it in my house but dh loves it...so I better get over it soon.

    We all get cravings....I think you need to start an EATING JAR. Make little notes to yourself of the things that you can do instead of eating those foods that you shouldn't . Put them in the jar. Every time you crave some food that is not good for you ....pull out an alternative from your eating jar. Example....paint your fingernails. You can't eat when your fingernails are wet.....take your dog for a walk or better yet take your neighbors dog for a walk. I'm sure you can come up with some great alternatives. Make sure you put your eating jar in a spot near your temptations.

    I get sweet cravings when I get hot, honey is a favourite at the moment.

    OMG you need to get a handle on the peanut butter. Have you tried PB2. You can order It on line. It is less than half the fat. It is a powder, you add water to and make it a teaspoon full at a time. I just LOVE it. Try it you'll like it.
