Yippee, I'm a Spark Motivator!!

Thursday, July 09, 2009

WOW, I can't believe I'm a motivator!! Thanks for voting for me. I'm SO Excited that I can motivate others to reach their goals. After not having much success lately and well basically gaining and losing the same 3lbs for the last 4 months or so I had forgotten the overall picture of how much progress I have really made. Well and the fact is that It took me a little over 3 yrs to get this far but I'm making progress and keeping the weight off. GO ME!!

Thanks again everyone!!! emoticon

    Dear Amy,

I read your story and it definitely motivated me. I am a slow loser and started my journey back in May of 2008 @ 244lbs......and when it takes so long to see the weight come off, it definitely gets hard sometimes to remember where you were at when you started compared to how much better life is now. It's just a little tougher, because of the amount of loss desired, I think. So after reading your story and seeing how far you have come and how long it has taken you, gives me continued strength to keep moving, keep logging and to keep on losing :-) Congratulations!!!!!

Congratulations! You've motivated me for a long time. I'll miss you on the BLC but I understand needing some change, I'm needing it myself.
