Week 4 I made it One Whole Month

I have offically been working for 1 whole month now and am loving it. However week 3 was the end of the month and quarter end. I worked some very late days up until 7:00 pm at night. I forgot to mention that I got sick. So week 3 I did no exercise, I did got my butt up on Sat morning and workout for 45 min. Week 4 I managed to exercise on Thurs. Today I wanted to exercise but my cycle has started if I feel better in the morning I will get some exercise in. I have also not been writing done what I have been eating. Not good. I am happy to report that I have started back writing my food down and I lost a pound. I am down to 138.9. Whoo Hoo! Here is to getting back on track and staying there!
