Week 4 I made it One Whole Month

I have offically been working for 1 whole month now and am loving it. However week 3 was the end of the month and quarter end. I worked some very late days up until 7:00 pm at night. I forgot to mention that I got sick. So week 3 I did no exercise, I did got my butt up on Sat morning and workout for 45 min. Week 4 I managed to exercise on Thurs. Today I wanted to exercise but my cycle has started if I feel better in the morning I will get some exercise in. I have also not been writing done what I have been eating. Not good. I am happy to report that I have started back writing my food down and I lost a pound. I am down to 138.9. Whoo Hoo! Here is to getting back on track and staying there! emoticon

    Sounds like you are working hard at new job & pulling yourself back to tracking, so that's great. I think tracking meals and exercise are key to keeping me progressing. Good luck!

    Great job! I've recommitted myself to writing down what I eat too, as well as measuring everything. I had a bad habit of "thinking" I knew what a serving size looked like. I mean, I've been doing this long enough, you'd think I would. haha. Congrats on the loss. Keep up the hard work!

    new jobs can be very stressful - new people, new things to learn, changes in environment - but if you're weight is not gaining then I would say you're doing well with it.

    You're actually doing alright especially since you just started back to work; I'm sure you'll add in more exercise time as you adjust. Congrats on losing another pound.
