Well I have re-adjusted my goal tracking so it included 4 days a week cardio at 40 mins this will make sure that I continue to try for my challenge group. I am off to a pretty good start this week. I had about an hour of horseback riding and then at least another 20 mins on the wakeboard but I think it was a little longer than that. I didnt check to see when I started so I cant say for sure. I wish I could say I was keeping to my diet but it hasnt been going to well in the caloried department. I have been eating out a lot this weekend with all the wedding stuff we havent been home very much. I can say this, I had such a great time riding horses yesterday. Sassy was an angel and did very well for our first ride in the pasture since last year. It was the first time I had her out there in just a halter and lead line and saddle. My sister of course was in a halter and bareback riding. I cant wait till I can be at her level of riding. I know if I keep up everything I am doing that I will be. I have already felt a huge difference in my trotting, I feel like I can maintain a pretty good seat where before I couldnt sit in a trot to save my life. My took Star out of the ring for the first time and she did very very well also. She was able to ride around with us and keep up. She did get nervous the first time she saw a hay bale but after that it was nothing. Sassy was funny and was using the hay bales as a butt scratcher. Thats my girl!! HAHA
