I have walked 11.19 miles this week!!

I am so proud of myself. I started this week in such a crappy place mentally. Those of you who read my blogs know this has been a tough time for me. Anyway, I somehow or another...I know it was God...turned my whole focus away from "us" and straight to "me and me alone". I even left him alone all together the other night and he apologized for how he was treating me. :-) Felt good to hear him apologize and for me to know it was from him wanted to not from me telling him he should (this is usually the way it happens but this time I kept my mouth shut). Anyway, I have walked every day this week at least once a day and I just totaled it up and I have walked 11.19 miles in the last 5 days. I am so excited about this!! And I am ordering Turbo Jam next week (my reward for making it this far without giving up) so I am hoping to see the numbers on the scale dropping like crazy!! lol.

So as you can see, it was a good day. LOLOLOLOL!! I say this even though I had 2 temper tantrums from Erica and a teething (I am pretty sure anyway) baby crying all day. Obviously the walking is helping with my stress level and my tolerance for chaos. emoticon

    Fantastic job walking this week! It really does add up, doesn't it, when we just start to get a little exercise in and go longer than we expect. Enjoy that feeling of achievement, you certainly deserve it! emoticon emoticon

    Now you got it....lol Glad to hear the walking is helping. Glad to hear ALL the good news. Sometimes you just have to wait for the right things to happen. That is a lot of miles. I am impressed. After being at a plateau for many months, the walking helped my scale start going down again. Slowly but at least it is going down....lol I had no loss this week and it didn't even upset mr because I am sure the walking is working. Keep up the good work and keep up the Happy blogs....lol emoticon

    Good job! That is amazing! I am so happy for you!

    Let me know how the turbo jam is. I keep reading about how everyone is using it.

    Exercise is amazing for relieving stress. It is the one thing I look forward to at the end of my shift at work. A good jog on the track makes me ready for the next day.

    Keep up the hard work! Those numbers are going to drop!

    Wow! Good for you! I have the 20 min. turbo jam, it is fun! I can't do more than that to tiring. (not very good with some moves, but i keep moving) I have my turbo jam right on my pc. wish I knew away i could send it from my pc to yours. lol
