Cardio Max from the Biggest Loser

What a workout! I read reviews that the first part is the hardest, but I thought Jillian's section was hardest. Maybe I should start out with Richard Simmons! LOL I used to workout to his "Sweatin to the oldies" with the toning cord. Now where is that VCR?

By the way, I also walked with Leslie since I only had 6000 steps. I couldn't do more than a mile after the other workout. I only had 7500 steps yesterday. I will get better at it, I promise myself!
