Silly Me

Well I am silly and forgot to post in my journal yesterday. No exercise for me as I was enjoying my new couch. I have decided that since I am doing so well on my way of thinking and if I can just get my workouts routine, that it might be time to start REALLY focusing on what I am putting in my mouth. I have a real big problem with food. I LOVE IT!! I love it all, especially ethnic foods like Itallian, Chinese, Thai, and German. Each has things I just love but they are all so very bad for me. Today I thought I was doing good with my veggie plate for lunch but after close examination on the way it was prepared it wasnt really all that great. It was extremely filling though. I had boiled cabbage, tomato, cucumber and onion salad with vinegar, fried okra, and cheesy hashbrowns and a roll. For diner I was going to make meatloaf and what ever sides I can come up with, most likely green beans with salt and pepper. Shouldnt be too bad but I am afraid it will still be enough to send me over my calorie limit. I guess I am just going to have to start going by the meal planner on here in order to really be sure I am eating what I need to.
