I was WATP's to Spongebob :-)

Saturday, July 25, 2009

Yeah, that's right. I was walking myself to good health while watching Spongebob with my daughter last night. I wanted to do my walk and she wanted to watch her show. So I figured, hey I have done the dvd enough I know the pace and I know the moves. It is not that hard, right? So I did a small warmup and then got to it. And I think I was sweating more from my workout than I do from Leslie's lol. I did it for 18 minutes, like the video and then stopped. And there you have it. Walking away the pounds...mommy style.

LOL that's GREAT! I LOVE WATP's! I do on my mini stepper now too!

Good you for you... I think that's REALLY exciting just doing what needs to be done in your own way or however it fits with your personal lifestyle!

I think Columbine2 is right. A great example for the kids. Of course, baby won't notice but your little girl will. You're doing great! emoticon

Sharp mamma! You could have used it as an excuse not to exerecise..but you DIDN"T! You blasted past the "Excuse Deli" and chose health. I'm proud of you! And what a great example you're setting for your daughter...that's probably as important as what you're doing for your own health. You deserve a Blue Ribbon for being a great mom! emoticon
