Calorie Cycling

After spending an hour this morning arranging my calories intake for the day, I already blew it when I got to work and got a mini gourment lemon cupcake and a cup of coffee that weren't on my menu. emoticon

I think I will work on getting my calories consistantly below 1550 for 5 days straight and then I'll work on the cycling. Baby steps. :)

    Baby steps are OK! You will eventually get to your destination as long as you keep moving. One of the great things about SparkPeople is that you can use this program at your own pace!
