Calorie Cycling

After spending an hour this morning arranging my calories intake for the day, I already blew it when I got to work and got a mini gourment lemon cupcake and a cup of coffee that weren't on my menu.
I think I will work on getting my calories consistantly below 1550 for 5 days straight and then I'll work on the cycling. Baby steps. :)
