I am having a stressful day at work. Also a huge plan I had to surprise my husband with for our anniversary fell thru so it made things hairy today.
I did start up a new challenge under the 10 llbs in 30 days challenge. I am on day 3. My cardio was gardening but I really burned a lot. I felt much more exercised than I do when I walk. Today is supposed to be a rest day but I missed my upper strength so I will do that tonight with some yoga maybe. I am really liking her challenge. She has very realistic goals and adds wellness into her daily goals such as today is to drink some green tea and eat a new fruit. yesterday, it was to take a bath! Tomorrow I am to look into a mirror and see something I LIKE about myself.
It's a really good challenge both physically and mentally. I don't know if I'll lose 10lbs by August 31st but we'll see. I need to get more into the cardio and strength. We can't weigh ourselves either for the 30 days. That is a way to get us off the slave of the scale.
So that's what I am up to. Oh, and I saw the doctor again. She is having me do a glucose tolerance test this weekend (yay) and is having me beef up on Vit D and giving me some other meds to help. My thyroid was fine so who knows....
