I have been very upset from work events. I was assigned a new group and a new desk location. I do not deal with change well. Anyway, I was quite angry at my boss and some of my co-workers during this time. It probably also had to deal with my hormone fluctuations and not taking my sanity medication. The way I dealt with stress and anger this time was to take a walk outside. I kept walking until I was focusing on my body instead of the anger. I was so proud of myself that I did not resort to food right away. Of course the hormone situation has led me to not eat as well as I should. I wish that the healthier foods would satisfy my cravings, but the apples and cherries just don't satisfy my sweet craving. I also have slowed down on the exercise. I am sure this is short term.
