Today I weighed in and I got some good feedback. I lost 3 pounds and this was after last weeks gain. I can really say now that this exercise stuff is starting to pay off. Now if I can just get my food under control. I did good yesterday and stayed in the low side of my calorie range which was great. I also got in 10 glasses of water. No exercise though. I hope to get some in today but I think it will have to be an inside exercise day due to lack of daylight I will have when I get home. We have some errands to run and one of them involves looking into a new car purchase for my husband. He has an 11 year old Camero and things are falling apart on it. We drive my Trailblazer but the gas is killing us. He is looking at getting a new Honda Civic which will cut our gas costs in half and that would cover half his montly payment. We are also going to be paying off 3 bills so we can compensate for the new car payment. It will save us a lot in the long run. They other errand is grocery shopping as we havent been in 2 weeks which has forced us to eat out more and thats not been very good for my caloric consumption.
