Prepared for the week.

I am prepared for a healthy week.
I have my menu planned set, that help s me eat healthy and make sure I eat what I like as well as healthy...
I bagged up my snacks so they are ready to take with me to work....
I have my chicken breast weighed out in 3 ounce baggies, and my fresh veggies, it's ready to pop in my lunch bag...
My work out clothes are laid out in the bath room so I can find them easy at 4.30am.
I'm going to do the walk away the pound DVD 3 mile, my strength training routine and then ride my bike....I'll be walking at work .

I got my clothes ready and ironed my scrubs for the days I need them.

I have my book set out by my bike so I can read my next lesson on the 100 days of weight loss book....
I have my water bottle ready so I make sure I get enough water while I exercise....

So I feel like I can sleep good and be ready for the week.....
I set my self up for success...

    Hi Kitt,

    I don't know how I stumbled upon your Spark page. Maybe from reading Stevo50's blogs and your comments. Congratulations on all of your hard work which has lead to your success!!! You are an inspiration to me. How long you have kept at it and stuck with it is inspirational. I have lost 70 pounds and still have 95 to go. I have stalled out in the past 6 months and let other things take me off the course of keeping my health at the top of the priority list. So I haven't lost anymore and in the past 3 months have gained 8 pounds back. I really loved this blog and all the detail you put in it and showing how you have set yourself up for success!! It's awesome and gave me a lot to think about.

    My husband and I love Colorado and would be living there if we weren't living here on the mission field in Eastern Europe. Colorado is a beautiful place.

    Thanks for being an inspiration. If you have any suggestions for times when you lost your focus or motivation I'd love to hear them.
