Feeling Good

Today I tried something new. I tried Power Walking System video by Leslie Sansone. Its basically the equivelant of walking 3 miles with arm movements to get your heart rate up. It lasted 45 mins with warm up and cool down so I was able to count it as part of my cardio today. What was really amazing is that normally with a video like this I would have had to slow down or stop because it would have been too much. This time I was able to make it throught the whole thing and didnt miss a step or beat. I was right with the instructor the whole time. That is telling me that I am definitely moving in the right direction. I am looking forward to tomorrows workout and this will conclude the first week of Augusts Challenge. I would also like to comment that I am also staying within my calorie range and getting my water so I am off to a really great start on this months challenge. YAY ME!!!!
