FINALLY seeing results again!!

So after 6 weeks of consistently going to the gym, I've seen results other thanjust weight loss! :) As of today, I lost 9 lbs. But the better news is that, I put on this dress that was JUST fitting me a few months back. Today, its baggy on me. Could probably be taken in, but I got on clearnace so its no biggy.

Its very encouraging when something simple like that occurs. Yes, I see the scale *slowly* moving downward, but to actually see something get big on me shows me that my hard work is paying off. PLEASE let this continue. ... 14 lbs to go til 140. I can do this, I know I can...

    I've been tracking my food and activity on this site for 6 weeks and I had exactly the same experience! When I started going to the gym I didn't lose much weight, but I lost 2" off my hips and went down a pants size!

    It's so important to track our success in ways other than numbers on the scale so we can keep motivated!

    We now know it's working and that we can do it!
